These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Nexight Inc., a Japanese corporation located at 2F-C Shibuya Dogenzaka Tokyu Building, 1-10-8 Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan ("Nexight", "we", "us", or "our"), and the person or entity accessing or using the oneshotlm.com website and its content (the "Service", and "you" or the "User"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

oneshotlm.com is a free, read-only, curated gallery published by Nexight. We run the same prompt across multiple large language models ("LLMs") and publish the resulting interactive artifacts, measured per-run metrics, and generation transcripts side by side for informational and comparative purposes.

You acknowledge that the Service is an editorial reference resource, not professional, technical, financial, or legal advice. All content is produced by Nexight; the Service does not accept user-generated submissions for publication, does not host user accounts, and does not accept or store your API keys.

2. Informational Nature; No Reliance

• Point-in-time measurements. Metrics such as latency, token counts, cost, model version, and date are produced with a fixed test harness at a specific moment. Model behavior, pricing, availability, and quality change over time, and results may not be reproducible.
• Estimates. Cost and performance figures are estimates provided for comparison only and may differ from the actual cost or performance you experience.
• Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it to select, purchase, or deploy any model, provider, or service. Nexight does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content.

3. AI-Generated Content and Interactive Artifacts

The artifacts displayed on the Service are generated by third-party AI models and are executed in a sandboxed environment isolated from the main site. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated artifacts and code may contain errors, insecure patterns, or unexpected behavior, and may produce inaccurate or offensive output.
• Interactive artifacts run automatically in your browser; you view and interact with them at your own risk.
• No artifact should be treated as production-ready, and you must independently review any code before reuse.

4. Third-Party Models and Trademarks

Model names, provider names, and related logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. oneshotlm is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any model provider. Model outputs reflect the behavior of the respective models and do not represent the views of Nexight. Nexight makes no representation regarding the ownership of, or rights in, any AI-generated output.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service as a whole — including its curation, commentary, layout, selection, arrangement, and compilation of content — is owned by Nexight and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms:

• You may view the Service and share links to individual pages for personal, non-commercial, and editorial purposes, with attribution.
• You may not scrape, bulk-download, systematically copy, republish, or redistribute the Service or its content; use it to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine learning model; or use it to build or populate a competing product or database, in each case without our prior written permission.

6. User Submissions

The Service may allow you to submit prompt requests, feedback, or other messages (for example, through a "Request this prompt" feature or a contact form) ("Submissions"). By making a Submission, you:

• grant Nexight a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish the Submission and any content derived from it, including as part of publicly visible gallery content;
• represent that you have the right to make the Submission and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law; and
• agree not to include confidential, personal, sensitive, unlawful, or infringing information, since Submissions may be used to produce public content.

7. Acceptable Use

You shall not:

• access the Service through automated means, or scrape or bulk-download content, beyond what is reasonable for ordinary browsing;
• attempt to probe, breach, or circumvent the sandbox isolation, security, or access controls of the Service;
• use the Service, or any artifact obtained from it, to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system;
• misrepresent the Service, its metrics, or its content, or remove or falsify attribution; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as model providers and inference marketplaces. These links are provided for convenience and may include referral or affiliate links. Your use of any linked site is governed by that site's own terms and policies, and Nexight is not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content, metric, or output is accurate or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any reliance on its content, metrics, or artifacts. Because the Service is provided free of charge, Nexight's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed ten thousand Japanese yen (JPY 10,000).

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision, and your continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
