Nexight Inc. ("Nexight", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to oneshotlm.com (the "Service"). This policy explains what data we handle and how. oneshotlm is a read-only, curated gallery: it does not require you to create an account, and it does not accept or store your API keys.

1. Data We Collect

• Usage and device data: When you visit the Service, we automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used in aggregate for analytics, security, and operating the Service.
• Submission data: If you use a feature such as "Request this prompt" or contact us, we receive the content you submit and any contact details you choose to provide.
• What we do not collect: We do not require accounts, and we do not collect passwords, payment information, or API keys, because the Service does not offer accounts, billing, or bring-your-own-key execution.

2. How We Use Data

• Service delivery: To operate, secure, and maintain the Service and its sandboxed content.
• Analytics and improvement: To understand which content is useful and to improve the Service. We analyze usage in aggregate and do not use it to build individual profiles.
• Responding to you: To review and respond to prompt requests, feedback, and inquiries, and to produce new gallery content inspired by prompt requests.

3. Content Generation and AI Providers

The gallery content on the Service is generated by Nexight running prompts through third-party AI model providers. The prompts we run are our own editorial prompts, or paraphrased versions of user requests, and are not intended to contain your personal data. Please do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in any prompt request, as it may be used to produce publicly visible content.

4. Cookies

Our analytics are cookieless: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregate traffic without setting cookies or tracking you across sites. Any remaining cookies are limited to those essential to operate and secure the site. We do not use cookies to build cross-site advertising profiles. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service functions.

5. Third-Party Services (Sub-processors)

We rely on a limited set of service providers to operate the Service, and share data with them only as needed to provide it. These include, for example:

• Hosting and content delivery to serve and secure the Service.
• Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to measure aggregate traffic and usage without cookies.
• Email to receive and respond to inquiries and requests.

This list may change as our infrastructure evolves. Each provider processes data under its own terms and applicable data protection obligations.

6. No Sale of Data; No Training on Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the contact details or personal information you provide to us to train AI models.

7. Data Retention

We retain usage and analytics data for a limited period necessary for the purposes described above, and retain Submissions for as long as needed to respond to them and to operate the Service. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, please contact us using the details below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. International Users

The Service is operated from Japan, and data may be processed in Japan or in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in locations that may have different data protection laws than your own.
